A. Attending live gives you the opportunity to ask questions and interact with professional peers. But if you can’t, you can always watch the recorded video and review the slide decks when it suits your schedule. You will also get access to any checklists, templates, eBooks, or other bonuses distributed as part of the class. You get this automatically, by the way. You don’t have to ask for it. You can also contact the instructor if you have questions about course content.

 

Q. Can I start a multi-module course in the middle, or must I wait for the next time it’s offered and start at the beginning?

A. You can start even if you’ve already missed a module. When you register, we will send you links to the video recording(s) and slide deck(s) of the module(s) you missed.

 

Q. What if I need to learn a new skill now and can’t wait until the next course is offered?

A. You can enroll in most courses any time you like and take the most recent recorded sessions whenever convenient. When the next session is released, you’ll automatically get links to the recording and slides with any new information or additional material. Q. Is there homework?

A. Some instructors assign projects to complete for upcoming course modules. You can use a current work assignment or develop a project independently. See class descriptions to determine if homework assignments are included.

 

Q. What meeting platform is used for courses?

A. The majority of classes use Zoom Meetings to improve interactivity. Cameras can be either on or off. Some classes use Zoom Webinars, but also have interactive Q&A via Chat with the instructor.

 

Q. I enrolled in prerecorded classes. Can I switch to live classes?

A. Yes, just let us know via the Contact Us form, and we’ll send you the live class registration day/time and link.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. You may cancel a workshop registration up to 48 hours before the class time by going to https://dmanc.org/cancellation-page/. You will receive a full refund if this is received up to 48 hours before the class time. No-shows will be billed and will not be refunded. No other refunds will be issued for any reason except at the sole discretion of the DMAnc.org management. Recorded class purchases are considered final, and no refunds will be granted.
