Introduction:

Technical SEO shouldn’t feel like a black box where your site silently fails, and no one can tell you why. Most courses skim over the real issues, leaving you guessing while your pages sit unindexed, your crawl budget is wasted, and your site speed drags down performance. This isn’t a theory session; it’s a live repair bootcamp. We are going to open up real WordPress environments, dive deep into Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog (free version), and diagnose the exact technical barriers preventing your site from being properly crawled, indexed, and surfaced in search and AI answer engines.

You will leave this workshop not with abstract “technical SEO knowledge,” but with a fully actionable technical repair checklist and repeatable diagnostic process you can run every month.

Quick Takeaways:

  • Fix Indexing Fast: Learn how to identify and resolve “Crawled — currently not indexed” errors in Google Search Console.
  • The 60-Minute Technical Audit: A repeatable checklist you can run monthly in under an hour.
  • WordPress Power-Fixing: Live walk-through of optimizing RankMath/Yoast settings for maximum “crawl-ability.”
  • AI Overview Readiness: Technical tweaks to ensure your site structure is readable by ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews & Gemini, Microsoft CoPilot.
  • Core Web Vitals for Non-Coders: How to improve page speed without writing a single line of code.
  • Primary Data Tools Used: Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics, WordPress,
Yoast, and Screaming Frog (free version).

Flexibility to Fit Your Schedule:

Can’t make it to the live session? No problem. We’ll send the workshop video, workbooks, and supplementary materials shortly after recording so you can catch up, revisit, or reinforce your learning.

Module 1: The Google Search Console Diagnostic Lab.

In this first module, we move past the basic Google Search Console graphs and into the “Index Coverage” and “Sitemaps” reports. You’ll learn how to read Google’s mind: if they aren’t showing your pages, is it a technical block, a crawl budget issue, or a site-map error? We will diagnose your real-world data live in the tool.

Key Takeaways:

  • How to find “hidden” 404 errors that are draining your crawl budget.
  • The exact steps to resubmit a sitemap that forces a re-crawl.
  • Identifying “Zombie Pages” that are hurting your site’s overall authority.
  • Decoding the “Enhancements” report to win more rich snippets.
  • How to use the “URL Inspection Tool” to troubleshoot specific page failures in seconds.
  • Setting up custom Google Search Console alerts so you know when your site breaks before your boss does.

Module 2: The WordPress Execution Lab.

Now that we’ve found the problems, we will fix them. We will log into a live WordPress environment and walk through the specific plugins and settings that make or break your SEO. From image compression to schema markup, you will see exactly where to click to turn Google Search Console “Red” errors into “Green” passes.

Key Takeaways:

  • The “Perfect” SEO Plugin Setup: A step-by-step configuration of Yoast or RankMath.
  • Live Image Optimization: How to bulk-fix heavy images that are killing your mobile speed.
  • Internal Linking for Humans and Bots: A live demo of building a “Link Silo” in WordPress.
  • Schema Markup Made Simple: Adding structured data to your posts to win “People Also Ask” boxes.
  • Header Tag Hygiene: Live-editing pages to fix H1-H6 hierarchies for better AI readability.
  • The Redirection Roadmap: How to safely move content without losing 10 years of SEO value.

How to convince your boss you should take this class.

  1. Immediate ROI: We will be performing a live audit and repairing our actual website during the class.
  2. In-Housing Skills: We will save thousands in agency fees by handling technical SEO diagnostics internally.
  3. Risk Mitigation: We’ll learn how to monitor Google Search Console for critical site errors that lead to traffic drops.
  4. Efficiency: We’ll gain a “60-Minute Audit” template that ensures our SEO stays healthy with minimal time investment.
  5. Futureproofing: This class covers the technical requirements for our site to appear in Google’s new AI Overviews.

Introduction:

Digital marketing shouldn’t feel like a high-stakes survival game where you’re left to fend for yourself in a pit of content and technical errors. Most SEO courses stay at 30,000 feet, talking about “quality content” while Google isn’t even indexing your pages. This isn’t a lecture; it’s a live clinic. We are going to roll up our sleeves, open live WordPress sites, and dive into the guts of Google Search Console to find out exactly why traffic is stalled.

You will leave this workshop not with a “theory of SEO” but with a website content repair and repeatable diagnostic checklist.

We focus on the Data Research that matters:

  • Content not indexed
  • Crawl to Session rates
  • Brand vs Discovery Query segmentation
  • Key Performance Event Conversions

No abstract concepts, just the execution required to ensure your site is visible in an AI-first search world.

Quick Takeaways:

  • What content is working on which page: With AI Answer Engines focused on paragraphs and Search Engines focused on pages, establishing a balance between each.
  • The 60-Minute Content Audit: A repeatable checklist you can run monthly in under an hour.
  • WordPress Power-Fixing: How to use SEO AI plugins to speed up optimization.
  • AI Content PROMPTs: To identify content topics, subtopics, and entities. Refresh content for SEO & AI Optimization.
  • Primary Data Tools: Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics, WordPress, Screaming Frog (free version).
  • AI Tools Demonstrated: ChatGPT Business, Google Gemini, and Microsoft CoPilot 365
  • Target Search & AI Answer Engines: Google.com & Bing.com, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews & AI Mode, and Perplexity.

Flexibility to Fit Your Schedule:

Can’t make it to the live session? No problem. We’ll send the workshop video, workbooks, and supplementary materials shortly after recording so you can catch up, revisit, or reinforce your learning.

Module 1: The Google Search Console/Google Analytics Content Workshop.

In this first module, we begin by diagnosing the current state of your content using the tools you already have: Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Before we write a single new word, we need to find out why your existing pages are failing to drive traffic or conversions. We will log in to live accounts and mine the data to segment your audience, isolate content that isn’t indexing, and identify the specific queries your competitors are winning. This module is all about finding the “leaky buckets” in your content strategy so we know exactly what to fix in Module 2.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Intent Split: How to segment Brand vs Discovery queries to understand what your audience actually wants to read and AI needs to find.
  • Finding the Gaps: Identifying high-value topics, sub-topics, and entities where your content currently falls short.
  • Measuring Real Success: Moving beyond vanity metrics to track Key Performance Event Conversions directly tied to your content.
  • Diagnosing Content Failures: Using GSC to spot content that is crawled but currently not indexed.
  • Traffic Flow Analysis: How to measure and improve your Crawl to Session rates to ensure users and bots are engaging.

Module 2: The WordPress Content Workspace.

Now that we have the data, we move into the execution phase. We will open a live WordPress instance and utilize leading AI tools like ChatGPT Business, Google Gemini, and Microsoft CoPilot 365, to aggressively repair and upgrade pages. You will learn the specific workflows required to satisfy traditional search engines (Google/Bing) while simultaneously optimizing for the new wave of AI Answer Engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity). We will build prompts, update plugins, and hit “publish.”

Key Takeaways:

  • The AI/Search Balance: Learning exactly what content is working on which page, balancing paragraph-focused strategies for AI answer engines with page-focused strategies for traditional search.
  • AI Content PROMPTs: Accessing specific, battle-tested prompts to instantly identify missing content topics, sub-topics, and entities.
  • Live WordPress Power-Fixing: Learning how to effectively use SEO AI plugins to drastically speed up your on-page optimization.
  • The Content Refresh Formula: Step-by-step guidance on how to systematically refresh aging content for maximum SEO & AI optimization.
  • The 60-Minute Content Audit: You will receive a repeatable checklist you can run monthly in under an hour to keep your content on track.

How to convince your boss you should take this class.

  1. Getting more value from our tools: Using the tools we already have (Company GenAI, Google & Bing SEO Tools, etc.) to increase their value.
  2. Immediate Content Impact: We will be performing a live audit and repairing existing, underperforming content directly during the workshop.
  3. Future-Proofing for AI: We will learn how to make our brand visible not just on traditional Google search, but on rapidly growing AI Answer Engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
  4. Efficiency & Scale: We will bring back a repeatable 60-Minute Content Audit and specific AI Prompts that will speed up our writing and optimization process tenfold.
  5. Preparation for Technical Upgrades: This course builds the critical content foundation required so that our upcoming technical SEO improvements (like indexing fixes and Core Web Vitals) yield maximum traffic and conversions.

Introduction:

AI-led search has rewritten the SEO rules. If your strategy is still built only around “ranking for keywords”, it no longer guarantees you will be discovered.

AI-generated search results now answer users directly, then point them to trusted brands.

This 2-module live online workshop gives you a practical roadmap for search in the AI era, explicitly focused on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEM (Answer Engine Marketing).

You will move from classic SEO to answer- and generative-engine-aware strategy, so your brand shows up in the very place AI systems are composing answers.

Key Takeaways:

  • Connect SEO, AEO, GEO and AEM so your brand is cited in AI answers, not just ranked in organic links.
  • Position your brand as AI’s go-to source, making your content the one AI wants to quote, mention or link.
  • Shift focus beyond #1 rankings by targeting answer panels and AI summaries, where reputation and clicks are happening right now.
  • Structure content for humans and AI by applying core GEO principles so AI can trust, lift and attribute your answers while keeping them compelling to read.
  • Harness AI tools to boost your workflow while keeping control, setting clear boundaries and standards.
  • Track what matters by measuring traditional SEO, AEO/GEO visibility and AEM performance in answer engines.
  • Turn audits into action using practical strategies to audit, structure and expand your content so it performs in AI-driven answer experiences.

What You Will Achieve After This Workshop:

  • Demystify AI search by explaining how SEO, AEO, GEO and AEM fit together in plain English.
  • Pinpoint where your brand shines, slips or is missing completely from AI answers.
  • Transform existing content with practical ways to audit, structure and expand what you already have so it becomes answer- and generative-engine-ready fast.
  • Equip teams with clear AEO/GEO/AEM actions for better rankings, AI visibility and trust in AI-driven answers.

Flexibility to Fit Your Schedule:

Can’t make it to the live session? No problem. We’ll send the workshop video, workbooks, and supplementary materials shortly after recording so you can catch up, revisit, or reinforce your learning.

Module 1: The New AI Search Landscape.

Discover how AI search pulls information together. Explore where AI systems decide which brands to surface, and where traditional keyword-led SEO tactics quietly stop delivering the traffic they used to.

You will compare the roles of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEM (Answer Engine Marketing), and see how they extend your existing SEO projects.

You will leave with a clear understanding of AI-led search and a map of where your own brand is potentially exposed.

What you’ll learn in Module 1:

  • How AI-led search experiences differ from “ten blue links.”
  • See the difference between SEO, AEO, GEO and AEM.
  • Recognize where AI and zero-click experiences are putting pressure on your traffic and where brand discovery is quietly shifting away from simple rankings.
  • Think in terms of keyword entities, intent and question clusters.
  • Earn trust in AI-driven answers, regardless of size or sector.

Key Takeaways:

  • Know exactly where your content, schema and entities can win visibility and drive brand authority.
  • Integrate AEO, GEO and AEM into your current SEO strategy to get your brand cited in AI answers, not just ranked in organic lists.
  • Map your brand’s AI presence by auditing key queries in major AI-led search experiences to see where your brand stands, spot gaps and set immediate priorities.
  • Spot funnel shifts where customer journeys now depend on being cited in AI answers, then adapt your marketing strategy for maximum impact.

Module 2: Practical AEM and AEO — Content, Tech and Measurement You Can Use.

Module 2 turns strategy into execution.

You will apply what you learned in Module 1 to content, technical basics and measurement so your brand not only understands AI-led search but can operate in it with confidence, using AEO, GEO and AEM as day-to-day disciplines.

We will redesign example pages for AEO/GEO, walk through pragmatic schema options and use AI tools live to generate AEM-ready briefs and rewrites.

You will work through real-world scenarios showing how SaaS companies, local businesses, e-commerce brands, healthcare providers, and more can thrive in the generative era.

Key Takeaways:

  • Make content AI-ready by structuring pages with smart headings, summaries and expert insights and expanding content where it matters.
  • Cut through the tech by focusing on the schema, internal links and AI bot controls that matter most, so you can brief teams and act fast without getting buried in technical detail.
  • Power up with AI tools to research, brief and measure, combining AI efficiency with your marketing judgment for results you can explain to anyone.
  • Test, track and optimize by designing experiments, monitoring AEO/GEO visibility and AEM performance and iterating so your brand stays visible, trusted and competitive in AI-driven search.

Introduction:

In two hands-on modules for marketers, you will learn how to produce scroll-stopping visuals and video and map out ad campaign workflows in hours, not weeks, while keeping every asset on-brand and under budget. Turn a single product shot into dozens of on-brand lifestyle images for different audiences, seasons and placements, all without booking a studio or photographer.

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

  • Launch campaigns with fully finished images and video, without waiting on studios, reshoots or edit suites.
  • Test more creative marketing ideas, more often, using AI to generate variants for different audiences, channels and markets.
  • Localize campaigns for global regions from your desk, while protecting brand consistency.
  • Cut design and production costs, so more of your budget goes into reach, testing and optimization.
  • Confidently brief and “direct” Gemini 3, so it serves a clear marketing strategy, not just produce pretty assets.

Flexibility to Fit Your Schedule:

Can’t make it to the live session? No problem. These workshops are recorded for your convenience. Access the recordings, workbooks, and supplementary materials shortly after completion, allowing you to revisit and reinforce your learning.

Module 1: The Instant Creative Studio (Static & Global Visuals).

Stop fiddling with random prompts. Start leaving with finished assets that are ready to ship. In this session you will master static imagery and global adaptation using Gemini 3.

Key outcomes:

  • The 5-Minute Virtual Photoshoot
Turn a single product shot into dozens of on-brand lifestyle images for different audiences, seasons and placements, all without booking a studio or photographer.
  • Typography that finally behaves
Create social cards, banners and posters with crisp, legible text baked into the image, ready for Meta, LinkedIn, X and display. No more blurry offer copy when you export.
  • Global campaigns from one desk
Swap out the text inside your creatives for different languages and markets while preserving layout, hierarchy and visual style, ideal for global and regional teams.
  • Platform-ready assets on demand
Auto-adapt visuals into the formats you actually use: square, vertical, landscape and story formats for ads, email headers, carousels, website hero images and more.

Module 2: Gemini 3 as Your Campaign Engine (Video, Copy, Funnels).

This session is about turning Gemini 3 into a practical campaign machine, not just a video toy. You will build full funnels around your offers. From insight and ideas, through assets and copy, to testable variants.

You will learn how to:

  • Find angles that actually sell
Use Gemini 3 to analyze audiences, consumer objections and competitors, then surface hooks, offers and storylines with a clear commercial edge.
  • Draft high converting copy around your visuals
Turn images and concepts into ad copy, social posts, email intros, landing page sections and CTAs that all tell the same story.
  • Plan and script video the quick way
Use Gemini 3 to move from value proposition to scripts, scene outlines and shot lists without opening a single storyboard template.
  • Create variants for different audiences and channels
Spin one core idea into tailored versions for B2B vs B2C, cold vs warm traffic, C-suite vs users, and for Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and email.
  • Build simple funnels you can test this month
Map out ad + landing page + follow up email flows, with Gemini proposing A/B test ideas for headlines, hooks and first three seconds.
  • Document everything so your team can reuse it
Output clear briefs, prompt packs and content calendars that colleagues and agencies can plug into straight away.

How to convince your boss you should take this class.

Give them clear, budget-friendly reasons to say “yes”:

  • “We will save thousands in design and production fees.”
You will learn how to create, localize and resize assets in-house in minutes, instead of outsourcing every variation.
  • “We can build our own lead-gen tools.”
With Antigravity you can prototype quizzes, calculators and simple interactive tools without hiring a dev shop.
  • “We will cut video production time by up to 80%.”
Veo 3.1 handles B-roll, social edits and concept testing before you commission a crew, which means fewer expensive reshoots.
  • “We will reduce AI risks and protect the brand.”
The workshop covers reference images, consistency prompts and workflow checks that prevent off-brand, hallucinated or non-compliant output.
  • “This upgrades the whole team, not just one person.”
You will bring back templates, prompts and frameworks that colleagues can plug into immediately.

The Presentations:

These are working sessions, not theory lectures. Expect:

  • Live, interactive workshops with plenty of Q&A.
  • Step-by-step demos you can follow as you work.
  • Real marketing examples from B2B, B2C, ecommerce and services.

  • PDF slide decks as quick-reference guides for day-to-day use.
  • Links to prompt libraries, storyboard templates and example frameworks you can adapt for your own campaigns and clients.

  • Agency and in-house teams seeking scalable, AI-powered production.
  • Freelancers and small businesses looking to grow without expanding headcount.

Copy Group Head for APAC-IMS at A.P. Moller - Maersk

I came into this class with uninformed opinions and fears about utilizing AI in copywriting. After the first class, I’m pumped and poised at the shore, ready to ride the wave into the future.

Shanon ByrneCreative Copywriting Lead, Designs for Health

This module was thorough and well communicated, with clear lists of paid and free resources copywriters can use to leverage AI in their writing, specific steps for prompt engineering, and an overview of how generative AI works so you can use it better in the future. I can’t wait to dive deeper in the next module!

Katie BrownMarketing Supervisor, Divi Resorts

Engaging forum, lively teacher! This module delved deeper into questions we, as marketers, have been wanting to ask since AI’s wide-net cast upon the world.

Michelle BrubeckMarketing Manager, MJM Associates

Sean ReedSocial Media Strategist, Stern Advertising

Jonathon was super knowledgeable about an area of marketing we are only scratching the surface on. This is a great way to do more than just get your feet wet in AI for copywriting, but really take action to elevate our writing and rethink how AI can help us, not hurt us.

Course Overview:

Today’s B2B buyers operate in the shadows of the “Dark Funnel”—researching anonymously, forming group decisions behind firewalls, and ignoring traditional marketing tactics like gated content and cold outreach. This masterclass helps B2B marketers future-proof their demand generation strategy by using AI and agentic workflows to align with how buyers behave.

This is not a theoretical AI overview. It’s a hands-on, tactical deep dive into orchestrating marketing and sales strategies with AI, intent signals, and workflow automation. Walk away with a full-funnel AI playbook customized to your business and tools like ChatGPT, Drift, 6sense, Zapier, and more.

By the end of this 2-module course, you will:

  • Understand how the Dark Funnel has reshaped the buyer journey — and why MQLs no longer cut it.
  • Reframe your go-to-market plan around intent data, buyer signals, and group decisioning.
  • Learn where and how to deploy AI across every stage of the B2B buying funnel.
  • Build your agentic workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Drift, Mutiny, and 6sense.
  • Replace vanity metrics using revenue-aligned dashboards and attribution.
  • Leave with a usable AI-powered go-to-market playbook for your business.

Why your business should invest in this course and AI now:

  1. Legacy marketing is failing in B2B.
  2. AI is here – but most teams don’t know how to use it.
  3. Let’s bring marketing closer to revenue.
  4. Future-proof your Go-to-Market Team.
  5. Tangible business outcomes:
    • Better serve the buying journey.
    • Increased conversion rates.
    • Shortened sales cycles.
    • Increased ROI from Martech stack.
    • Lower CPCs.
    • Enhanced sales & marketing alignment.

Module 1 — Beyond the MQL — Helping you rethink B2B marketing in the dark funnel era.

We explore how the Dark Funnel is reshaping buyer behavior, why the traditional funnel is dead, and how to rebuild your go-to-market approach around real intent — not lists of unqualified leads.

You’ll leave with a clear vision of where modern marketing is heading, along with practical examples of what to do instead, and a blueprint to start orchestrating marketing that aligns with today’s buyers.

Key Takeaways:

  • Legacy funnel vs dark funnel: What’s broken and why.
  • Why MQLs are misleading and misaligned.
  • Anonymous buyer journeys and team-based purchasing,
  • The new role of trust, timing, and relevance in B2B.

Part 2 : No Forms. No Spam, No Cold Calls — replace outdated tactics with intent-first engagement strategies.

  • The high cost of gated content and personalized outreach.
  • What to do instead: AI Chat, ungated value, intelligent signals.
  • The 5-part GTM framework.
  • Why intent, orchestration, and aligned messaging beat MQLs.

Module 2 — AI to Agent: Operationalizing AI across the B2B Funnel.

Understanding AI is no longer enough — today’s B2B marketing teams need to be able to deploy it with precision. There is a gap between theory and action.

In this module, you’ll map your full-funnel journey against AI capabilities, explore top tools by funnel stage, and learn how to create autonomous agents that drive key actions — like lead scoring, content delivery, or SDR handoffs without human intervention. Whether you’re using ChatGPT, 6sense, Drift, or Zapier, this session shows you how to tie them together into a smart, agile, scalable go-to-market motion.

Key Takeaways:

Part 1 — Mapping AI to the Funnel — Where, how, and why deploy AI across each stage of your GTM funnel.

  • Full funnel breakdown: Awareness — Nurture — Conversion — Retention.
  • Matching use cases to funnel gaps — (Seeing low conversion — deploying AI lead scoring).
  • Tool showcase — which AI tools are right for which funnel problems.
  • Live walkthrough of an AI-enhanced buyer journey.

Part 2 — From Prompt to Play — Designing Agentic Workflows — How to build lightweight, autonomous AI agents that take work off your plate and move buyers.

  • What is agentic AI and how is it different from automation?
  • Anatomy of an agent — Role, Trigger, Prompt, Action.
  • How to chain tools to build real agent workflows.
  • Common agent use cases we look at:
    • Lead routing
    • Smart out bounding
